Jack Pettinger has worked on hundreds of multifamily transactions with cumulative loans and development costs totaling nearly 3 billion dollars. His project experience ranges from ground-up affordable construction to stabilized class A market-rate projects.

Jake is a leading expert on investing and managing in the multifamily space. He and Gino continue to teach others how to do the same through Jake & Gino, the premier multifamily real estate education community.

Gino is a multifamily investors, educators, and operator, who has accumulated, with Jake, over $250,000,000 in assets under management and a real estate portfolio with over 2,000 multifamily units.
